Men play poker in 1920's Egypt for a Walking Liberty half dollar

The 1999 film "The Mummy" is about three adventurers in 1923 Egypt who accidently awaken a
3000 year old ancient Egyptian mummy of a renegade priest. The mummy has acquired all kinds
of magical powers including creating hordes of beetles and sandstorms.

1. Ancient Egypt
In ancient Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Seti I the high priest Imhotep has a forbidden
relationship with the Pharaoh's girlfriend. Imhotep is punished by being wrapped as a mummy
and buried alive.

American currency notes are shown on a table, they are imitation prop notes.
3. Coin on the left
The coin is a Walking Liberty type of half dollar.

The Walking Liberty half dollar was minted from 1916 to 1947.
The adventurers get off the ship and head into the desert, locate the ancient city, and begin exploring.
5. Evelyn, Rick, Jonathan explore
They find a book of Egyptian spells and by reading one awaken Imhotep after 3000 years.
The three return to Cairo followed by Imhotep who wants Evelyn as a girlfriend.
6. Meeting at the museum
Imhotep has followed the three to Cairo.
7. Imhotep visits Evelyn
Back in the ancient city the three finally locate an ancient spell which destroys the mummy.
8. Riding off into the sunset
