The "The Lone Ranger" was a half-hour television program which ran on the ABC television network
from 1949 to 1950.

1. Program title
The program begins with:
"A Fiery Horse With the Speed of Light, a Cloud of Dust and a Hearty Hi-Yo Silver! The Lone Ranger!"
Notorious outlaw Flint Foster has escaped from prison and is being followed by a sheriff's posse.
2. Tonto and the Lone Ranger
The Lone Ranger suspects that Flint will
visit his brother Roy and Roy's wife Edith who live on a small ranch.
3. Roy and Edith
The couple have saved $1000 in gold to purchase the ranch.
Roy lays the money on a table.
4. Money on the table
The coins are imitations of Spanish eight reales or dollar coins.
5. The Lone Ranger visits the Fosters
He warns the Fosters that Flint is coming and then leaves to meet Tonto and the sheriff.
6. Flint visits
Flint demands the money which Edith has hidden and after some talk Flint throws a cake onto the floor.
7. Cake money
The money is revealed but then the Lone Ranger sneaks into the house, jumps on Flint, and subdues him.
8. Sheriff Barnes at the table
The Fosters ask who the masked man was and the sheriff replies "The Lone Ranger!"
9. Hi-Yo Silver!
