The 1968 film "Targets" is about a long time horror film actor, Byron Orlok (Boris Karloff) who decides to retire because films are no longer interesting.

Film director Sammy Michaels (Peter Bogdanovich) persuades Orlok to make one final appearance at a drive-in theater before retiring.

Bobby Thompson (Tim O'Kelly) is a mentally ill young man who plans to act as a sniper and shoot several people at the theater. Bobby and Orlok meet at the theater with unusual consequences.

At one time when Sammy Michaels is visiting Byron Orlok, a coin purse is shown on a carpet with S&H Green Stamps, some United States coins, and a Canadian penny.

S&H Green Stamps were a merchandising scheme created by the Sperry & Hutchinson Company. Stores would give out the stamps to customers and the stamps could then be redeemed for items. The scheme ran from the early 1900's to the 1980's.

The coins are United States copper cents, a nickel, and a silver quarter.

At the top is a Canadian King George VI cent. These coins were minted from 1937 to 1947 with "IND IMP" meaning "Emperor of India." The phrase did not appear from 1948 to 1952. It is not possible to tell which version this cent is.
