The 1952 film "Rancho Notorious" is a Western about a ranch and outlaw hideout.

Baldy Gunder (William Frawley) owns a saloon where there is gambling. Altar Keane (Marlene Dietrich) and Frenchy Fairmont (Mel Ferrer) work there. The saloon runs a game called "Chuck-a-Luck."

Altar and Frenchy win enough money to open a ranch named the "Chuck-a-Luck" after the game. The ranch is near the Mexican border and provides a refuge for outlaws for a price.

The scenes in the saloon show coins on the game board, coins and bills on a table, and stacks of coins and bills being counted. The coins are prop coins sized to resemble silver dollars and $20 gold coins.
