British tourist in Spain flips Spanish coin for Spanish girl

The 1960 film "Holiday in Spain" is set in modern-day Spain. The film is also known as "Scent of Mystery."
 
Oliver Larker is a British tourist in Spain who witnesses the attempted murder of a young girl. He and a local taxi driver named Smiley decide to follow the girl and prevent her death.
 
They discover that she is an heiress named Sally Kennedy whose inheritance of several million dollars will pass to her older step-brother Baron Saradin if she dies.
 
The film was first shown with the title "Scent of Mystery" and then was edited by the Cinerama company and shown under the title "Holiday in Spain."
 
The production was filmed in Spain using the large format cameras which allowed it to be adapted to the Cinerama format.
 
At one point, Oliver and a lawyer named Robert Fleming both wish to "protect" Sally and they flip a coin to decide who will accompany her. The coin whose obverse is shown is a Spanish 50 peseta coin with a portrait of Spain's then Fascist dictator Francisco Franco.

He meets Smiley, a local taxi driver, who drives him around the city. He then spots a young woman walking and asks the driver to follow her.

Another car almost runs the woman over and Oliver believes that it was deliberate.
 
The men head for a local beach where they ask a beach girl Winifred Jordan if she was in town wearing a blue dress.

Winifred is wearing a coin bracelet but the coins appear to be costume coins. She isn't the girl.
 
A visit to a shop where the woman cashed some travelers checks gives him her name as Sally Kennedy.
 
Oliver and Smiley visit many colorful Spanish places while following Sally and dodging various villains.
 
Oliver heads for Sally's apartment and meets lawyer Robert Fleming. Both men have been following and watching Sally. Robert hands Oliver some legal papers and he and Sally look them over.

Sally is to inherit a large sum of money from an aunt on a certain date but if she dies before the date then her half-brother Baron Saradin will get the money.
 
Oliver and Robert discuss moving Sally to another place. Oliver finds her attractive and both men want to go with her.

The two men flip a coin for Sally, Robert calls it "heads" but Oliver informs him "sorry." The coin does show "heads" or the obverse.

After more adventures, Oliver and Smiley discover that the girl is not Sally Kennedy but an imposter. The evil Baron is killed, and after a car wreck, the false Sally is shown in a car with a policeman.
 
Oliver and Smiley are able to locate the real Sally near a an overlook to a bull ring. Oliver spots a man following her and needs a quick way to the overlook.
