The 2009 film "Drag Me to Hell" is a supernatural horror film about a young woman
who is cursed by a Gypsy witch and her attempts to remove the curse and a demon.

1. Title
Christine Brown works as a loan officer at a bank. She drives to a local college where her boyfriend
Clayton Dalton has just taken a position as a professor.
2. Christine and Clayton
She fixes his computer printer and he tells her "You are cocky and sexy and unbelievable."
3. Christine hands Clayton a white envelope
Clayton opens the envelope and pulls out a silver United States quarter (a 25 cents coin).
4. A quarter
Clayton exclaims "It's a 1929 Standing Liberty, and it's almost fully struck."
5. The quarter again
Clayton asks "You found this in regular circulation at the bank?"
Christine replies that she did and Clayton then tells her "I'm gonna add this to my nerdy coin collection."

The Standing Liberty quarter was minted from 1916 to 1930.
Back to the film:
The story really begins when elderly Gypsy woman Ilenka Ganush comes in to the bank and asks for
an extension on her home mortgage. Christine wants to impress her boss with how "tough" she is
and refuses the extension. Mrs. Ganush then waits in the parking lot and accosts Christine as she
leaves work. They fight and then Mrs. Ganush grabs a button off of Christine's blouse and puts a curse
on the button.
7. Los Angeles house
San Dena and Christine confer about trapping the demon in a goat.
8. Conference
San Dena tells Christine that she has to give the cursed button to someone else.
Christine places the button in a white envelope.
Christine digs up Mrs. Ganush's body and leaves the button in the grave.
9. Clayton shows Christine the envelope
She opens the envelope and finds the button.
Somehow the white envelopes with the button and the coin got switched.
