Ripley's Believe It or Not!, also known as Ripley's Odditorium is a museum of oddities located in San Francisco, California at the Fisherman's Wharf tourist center.

Robert Ripley, born in Santa Rosa, California, was a newspaper columnist who founded the popular newspaper feature "Ripley's Believe It or Not!" in 1919.

It featured oddities and unusual historical facts including the world's tallest man and woman, the world's youngest mother (age 9 years), a church built from one giant tree, and many others.

The company Ripley Entertainment was formed to run the various enterprises connected with Robert Ripley, including Ripley's Believe It or Not! museums located all over the world.

There used to be a museum dedicated to Robert Ripley in his home town of Santa Rosa which was not connected to Ripley Entertaiment but it closed some time ago.
