"Fawlty Towers" was a half-hour British television program which was produced for the BBC Two
network and ran for two separate years 1975 and 1979.

1. Title
The Fawlty Towers hotel is shown with a sign whose letter 'S' is askew.
2. Basil and Sybil
Basil and his wife Sybil manage the hotel without the use of computers.
3. Mr. Brown checks in
Basil considers Mr. Danny Brown to be "low class".
4. Polly takes Danny's order
Polly is attracted to Danny.
5. Lord Melbury checks in
Basil will do anything to please such a noble guest including cashing checks for him.
6. Danny shows his badge
Danny Brown is a policeman and has been following the man claiming to be Lord Melbury.
Danny tells Polly that the police will soon arrest the man for his crimes.
7. Basil's coin collection
The coin collection is displayed in the hotel lobby and consists of mounted sets
of 1950's and 1960's pre-decimal coins of Queen Elizabeth II. These coins are usually not rare.
8. Lord Melbury makes a suggestion
Lord Melbury offers to take them to a coin expert friend to have them re-valued for insurance purposes.
9. Basil and Sybil examine the case
The find a wrapped brick.
10. Lord Melbury busted
