Png Don't Worry Club Advertising Tokens
"Good Luck" Coins
Prev Back Next
The "Don't Worry Club" was a generic design used on advertising tokens from the 1900's to the 1930's.

The tokens had a common reverse with a large Swastika and smaller figures, clockwise a Horseshoe, Four-Leaf Clover, Wishbone, and Runes.

The inscripton read: MEMBERSHIP EMBLEM OF THE DON'T WORRY CLUB GOOD LUCK

Sometimes the reverse design was flipped left to right creating a mirror image. The direction of the arms of the swastika is meaningless for these items.

The tokens here are from the following companies: Herbert Jones Men's Furnishings, Kline Clothing Company, New England Soap Company, Worcester Salt Company, Excelsior Boy Scout Shoe Company, and Mueller Liquor Company.

Mystery Runes:

The Don't Worry Club coin reverse includes three mysterious symbols which resemble ancient Runes.

Dont Worry ClubRunes
10. Don't Worry Club Runes close-up
These figures do not resemble actual Runes but resemble them.

My own opinion is that the figures were invented by the coin's designers to resemble Runes and do not actually mean anything.
