from 1971 to 1979. It is a comedy about a family living in Queens, a suburb of New York City.

Archie wants to keep the money and he and the family argue.
Edith receives a letter.

The letter is from the Veterans Administration, the "VA", and notifies Edith that she will receive
a "death benefit" due to Archie's death. Archie makes a comment about being alive and Michael makes
a remark about the "Twilight Zone".

The "Twilight Zone" was a popular television program with supernatural themes.

He attempts to sell Edith a funeral service and a coffin.
Archie tells him that his services aren't needed.
Archie and Edith visit the VA office

They talk to a Mr. Dundee who explains that their computer made an error.

He shows the Bunkers a computer "IBM" punched card and explains that the card hold's Archie's life.
Mr. Dundee promises to correct Archie's record and to send him a letter.

Edith receives a VA letter addressed to "Alice Bunker".
